Knjiga „Srbići u potrazi za srećom” Ljubomira
Gavrilovića predstavlja prvo delo u kome jedan
pisac korišćenjem metafore upućuje motivacionu poruku
srpskom društvu. Pričajući o sudbini porodice Srbić, Ljubomir upućuje
konstruktivnu kritiku obrascima razmišljanja i ograničavajućim uverenjima
prisutnim u našem društvu koji su u suprotnosti sa savremenim konceptom
liderstva. Ova kritika se zasniva na pravljenju analogije između dešavanja u
društvu i koncepta liderstva istaknutih svetskih trenera kao što su Robin
Šarma, Brajan Trejsi, Stiven Kavi, Zig Ziglar, Antoni Robins, Džo Vitali itd.
Iako se delo prvenstveno bavi temom ličnog
razvoja i motivisanjem mladih ljudi na ostvarivanje njihovih ciljeva i
preuzimanje aktivne uloge u izgradnji modernog društva, delo je namenjeno i
starijim čitaocima, jer se kroz delove metafore šalje poruka političkim
liderima u Srbiji, komentariše način promovisanja ideje Evropskih integracija,
govori o uticaju određenih radio i televizijskih emisija i estradnih umetnika
na lični razvoj pojedinca, o kvalitetu obrazovnog sistema, problemu intenzivnog
odliva mozgova iz naše zemlje i mnogim drugim pojavama u našem društvu.
Ljubomir Gavrilović je rođen u Užicu 26. jula 1987.god.
Osnovnu školu i matematičku gimnaziju je završio u Požegi.
Diplomirao je na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka na smeru menadžment 18. januara
2011. god. Tokom druge i treće godine svojih studija paralelno se školovao na
NLP Inistitutu u Beogradu gde je stekao zvanje „NLP Business Practitioner“.
(NLP je metodologija nastala 70-ih godina dvadesetog veka u SAD i bavi se
proučavanjem i modelovanjem uspešnih ljudi.) Nakon toga, nastavlja usavršavanje
u ovoj disciplini i 2010. godine postaje prvi student u Srbiji koji je stekao
zvanje NLP Mastera na NLP Institutu u Beogradu.
Bio je višegodišnji aktivista i tim lider u najvećoj
studentskoj organizaciji na svetu, Ajsek (AIESEC). Nakon svojih akademskih
studija odlazi na praksu u inostranstvo gde učestvuje kao internacionalni predavač
na projektu GROU (GROW) koji je organizovan od strane „Škole vrednosti“ (The
School of Values) i AJSEKA, a uz podršku Evropske Unije. GROU je dugoročni
projekat kroz koji se pruža neformalno obrazovanje učenicima srednjih škola u
cilju razvijanja njihovih liderskih veština i promovisanja pravog sistema
vrednosti. Nakon prakse, upisuje se na master program Grand Ecole pod nazivom
„International and European business” u Strazburu (Francuska). Govori engleski,
francuski i trenutno uči nemački jezik. Bio je stipendista države i svoga grada
tokom svojih studija u Srbiji, a nakon otpočinjanja studija u inostranstvu,
dobitnik je i stipendije „Dositeja” koju dodeljuje Fond za mlade talente. Još
od svojih mlađih dana, aktivno se bavi proučavanjem teme liderstva, polaznik je
brojnih seminara, na ovu temu, iz kojih se izdvajaju seminari Robina Šarme:
„Vođa bez titule” i Brajana Trejsija „Velike tajne uspeha”. Učesnik je druge
regionalne „Škole političke filozofije Dr Zoran Đinđić”, održane na Fakultetu
političkih nauka 2012. god.

About the book
The
book “Srbići in search for happiness” by Ljubomir Gavrilović is the first one
where the writer sends a motivational message to the Serbian society using the
metaphor. Writing about the destiny of Serbic family, Ljubomir makes the constructive
criticism about the way of thinking and limiting beliefs present within the
Serbian society that are contrary to the modern concept of leadership. This
criticism is based on making an analogy between events in the society and the
concept of leadership of prominent world’s coaches like Robin Sharma, Brian
Tracy, Stephen Covey, Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robins, Joe Vitale, etc.
Although
the book primarily deals with the personal development topic and motivating
young people to achieve their goals and take an active role in developing a
modern society, it is also intended for older readers. Message to political
leaders in Serbia was sent through certain metaphors; the way of promoting the
idea of European integrations, the influence of some radio, TV shows, and
celebrities on the personal development of people was also described in some
parts of book. Ljubomir also stresses out the problem of constant brain drain
from Serbia and many other phenomena within the mentioned society.
Ljubomir Gavrilović was born in Užice (Serbia), on 26th
July 1987. He finished primary school and mathematical gymnasium in Požega.
Further, he got the degree at Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Management
department, on 18th January 2011. During the second and third year
of his studies at university, he also studied at NLP Institute in Belgrade,
where he got “NLP Business Practitioner” degree. (NLP is a science born in
1970s in the USA, and deals with studying and modeling successful people). After that, he continues improving himself
within this discipline, and becomes the first student in Serbia to get “NLP
Master” degree at NLP Institute in Belgrade.
He was an activist
and a team leader in AIESEC, the biggest students’ organization in the world.
After his academic studies in Belgrade, he did an internship abroad, where he
was an international lecturer in GROW project, organized by The School of
Values and supported by the EU. GROW is a long-term project which offers
informal education, with the aim of developed the real system of values and
leadership skills to high-school students.
Upon finishing the internship, Ljubomir enrolls in master
program Grand Ecole “International and
European business” in Strasbourg, France. He speaks English and French, and he
now learns German.During his studies in Serbia, he gained a scholarship from the state and his city,
and upon starting studying abroad, he got “Dositeja” scholarship, sponsored by
the Fund for young talents. From his early days, Ljubomir has been actively
studying the topic of leadership. He was a participant in numerous seminars
dealing with this topic, some of them are Sharma’s “Leaders without a title”
and Tracy’s “Big secrets of success”. He was also a participant in the second
regional “School of Political Philosophy Dr Zoran Đinđić”, organized at Faculty
of Political Sciences in Belgrade in 2012.
